Joseph Roper ("we") runs Label Cropper. This policy explains what data we handle. Questions: labelcropper.help@proton.me.

Your files

Files you open in Label Cropper are processed entirely inside your web browser. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else, and we cannot see them.

Payments

If you buy a day pass or subscription, Stripe processes the payment and collects your card details and email address under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive your email address, what you bought and when, which we use to provide the service, handle refunds and meet our tax and accounting obligations (lawful basis: contract and legal obligation). We keep payment records for 6 years, as UK tax law requires.

Stored in your browser

Label Cropper saves your preferred label size, and if you buy Pro, a licence key, in your browser's local storage. This is necessary for the features you've asked for, so we don't use a cookie banner. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies or analytics.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts the site and may process your IP address to deliver and protect it.
• Google Fonts and cdnjs deliver fonts and code libraries, which means your browser requests files from them.
• Stripe processes payments.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us to do so. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
