Terms of Service

Last updated 17 October 2026

Who we are

Label Cropper is run by Joseph Roper, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Contact: labelcropper.help@proton.me.

The service

Label Cropper is an online tool that crops shipping and barcode labels out of PDF, JPG and PNG files and produces print-ready PDFs at an exact label size. All processing happens in your web browser; your files are not uploaded to us.

Free and paid plans

Prices include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel Pro monthly at any time through the "Manage subscription" link on the site, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Your right to cancel

Paid plans are digital services that start immediately. By completing a purchase you ask us to start straight away and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations ends once you have used the service. See our Refund & cancellation policy for when we will still give a refund.

Acceptable use

Only upload files you have the right to use. Don't attempt to bypass the paid features, resell access, or interfere with the service.

Your responsibility for output

Check each label before you print and ship it. We aim for accurate crops, but we are not responsible for carrier charges, delays or losses caused by a label that was cropped, sized or printed incorrectly.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. Price changes to a subscription take effect from your next billing period, and we will tell you in advance.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
