How to print eBay shipping labels at 6x4 (4x6)
Guide · works with any eBay label PDF or screenshot
When you buy postage through eBay, the label you download may be laid out for an A4 or letter-size sheet. On a 6x4 thermal printer that means wasted space or a label that's too small to scan. Cropping it to an exact 6x4 page fixes that.
1. Get your eBay label
After buying postage on eBay, download or save the label as a PDF (use 'Save as PDF' in the print dialog if there's no download button).
2. Crop it to 6x4
- Open Label Cropper and choose 4 × 6 in (6×4) as the label size (or your printer's size).
- Drop in the label PDF, JPG or PNG. It stays on your device: nothing is uploaded.
- Label Cropper auto-detects the label. Drag the corners to fine-tune; the preview shows exactly what will print.
- Click Download this label (free) to get a PDF that's exactly 6×4.
- Print it at 100% / actual size (not "fit to page") on your thermal printer.
Tips
- Check eBay's own print settings first: if it offers a 4x6 option for your carrier, that's the simplest route. Label Cropper is for when it doesn't, or for labels you've already saved.
- Selling a lot? Save several labels into one multi-page PDF and use bulk download to get every label at 6x4 in a single file.
Lots of labels at once?
Single labels are always free. If you have a multi-page PDF or a sheet with several labels, a Pro day pass or monthly plan crops every label into one print-ready PDF in a single click.
