How to print a Vinted label on a 6x4 thermal printer
Guide · works with any Vinted label PDF or screenshot
Vinted gives you a shipping label to print once an item sells. If you send a lot of parcels, a 6x4 thermal printer saves ink and time, but the label usually arrives as a full page, so it prints tiny or cut off. Here's how to get a clean 6x4 label from it.
1. Get your Vinted label
Open the sold item's conversation in Vinted and download the shipping label (save the PDF, or take a clear screenshot if you're on your phone).
2. Crop it to 6x4
- Open Label Cropper and choose 4 × 6 in (6×4) as the label size (or your printer's size).
- Drop in the label PDF, JPG or PNG. It stays on your device: nothing is uploaded.
- Label Cropper auto-detects the label. Drag the corners to fine-tune; the preview shows exactly what will print.
- Click Download this label (free) to get a PDF that's exactly 6×4.
- Print it at 100% / actual size (not "fit to page") on your thermal printer.
Tips
- Some couriers show a QR code instead of a printable label, for drop-off points that print the label for you. If so, you don't need to print anything.
- If your label PDF has the label and drop-off instructions on one page, Label Cropper's auto-detect picks the biggest block, which is normally the label. Drag the box if it picked the wrong part.
Lots of labels at once?
Single labels are always free. If you have a multi-page PDF or a sheet with several labels, a Pro day pass or monthly plan crops every label into one print-ready PDF in a single click.
