How to print an Evri label on a 6x4 thermal printer
Guide · works with any Evri label PDF or screenshot
Evri labels are often supplied as a PDF sized for a normal printer page. If you've got a thermal label printer, you want just the label, at 6x4, with the barcode crisp and full-size.
1. Get your Evri label
Download the label PDF from Evri (or from the marketplace you booked through, such as Vinted or eBay).
2. Crop it to 6x4
- Open Label Cropper and choose 4 × 6 in (6×4) as the label size (or your printer's size).
- Drop in the label PDF, JPG or PNG. It stays on your device: nothing is uploaded.
- Label Cropper auto-detects the label. Drag the corners to fine-tune; the preview shows exactly what will print.
- Click Download this label (free) to get a PDF that's exactly 6×4.
- Print it at 100% / actual size (not "fit to page") on your thermal printer.
Tips
- Keep the barcode sharp: don't screenshot a zoomed-out page if you can download the PDF instead. Label Cropper renders PDFs at 400 DPI.
- If the barcode looks squashed, check you've picked 6x4 (portrait) and not 4x4. Use Rotate 90° if your label is landscape.
Lots of labels at once?
Single labels are always free. If you have a multi-page PDF or a sheet with several labels, a Pro day pass or monthly plan crops every label into one print-ready PDF in a single click.
